Version 8.0 represents a major evolution of timveroOS with significant improvements to user collaboration, product management, and system transparency. This release introduces new capabilities for team coordination and audit tracking, while delivering substantial framework improvements that enhance scalability and simplify deployment.
π New Features
NEW
Extended data collection forms now support two-column layouts, making it easier to collect and review large volumes of data in a single entry point. Fields can be grouped and sorted according to your workflow needs.
NEW
A dedicated History tab provides complete audit trails for any entity in the system. Track all events, modifications, and user actions throughout an entity's entire lifecycle - from creation through to its final state.
π
Payment Hub - one place where all transactions live
NEW
Payment Hub introduces client-level transaction management with smart payment allocation. When a client makes a consolidated payment covering multiple loans, the system automatically distributes funds according to configured rules - or allows manual allocation when needed.
π Improvements
π
Notes section - stay synchronized with your colleagues
IMPROVED
Leave comments and notes on Applications, Loans, and Clients to coordinate with team members. Pin important notes, filter by object type, and maintain clear communication throughout the lending lifecycle.
IMPROVED
Create draft versions of Credit Products, validate calculations on real data, and activate only when ready - all without writing code. When editing an active product, a new draft version is created while the current version remains active for existing applications.
Important: Starting from v8.0, you can no longer edit active Credit Products directly. See documentation for the new draft-based workflow.
IMPROVED
The Accruals tab displays detailed accrual information for every loan obligation. View accrual history by period with full calculation parameters including basis, yearly rate, days, day count method, and accrued amounts.
IMPROVED
A standardized layout for all single-entity pages (Client, Loan, Collateral) provides coherent data presentation across the system. This reduces customization time, decreases bugs during development, and makes it easier for users to find required information.
