The Problem
Being a Financial Institution more often than not also means being strictly regulated. This means that you must maintain a log of all changes made to any part of your business. Including the entities in the LMS you use to power your business.
The Solution
This is why (and also for complete transparency of the system) we are happy to introduce the History tab! This is a configurable tab that will store all events that have happened to an entity - from it's creation, through its entire lifecycle, right until it is deactivated or reaches its final state.
The History tab provides:
Complete event log for any entity
User actions and modifications tracked
Timestamps for all changes
Full audit trail from creation to final state

The How
SDK Perspective
History tab is configured through the SDK. The SDK defines which entities support History tracking and what events are recorded.
Admin Panel Perspective
After the History Tab is configured in the SDK, the system admin assigns permissions to relevant Roles to allow Users to review the History tab.
⚠️ Important: History tracking is automatic once configured. All entity changes are logged without manual intervention.
