Overview

This guide covers document management during loan servicing. Document functionality in servicing works the same as in origination—see Documents (Origination) for detailed operations including uploading, viewing, and managing documents.

Navigation: Loans → Loan → Documents tab

Note: Document availability on loans depends on project configuration. Some projects may not have documents at loan level.

Document Types in Servicing

Common servicing documents:

  • Account statements

  • Payment confirmations

  • Fee notices

  • Modification agreements

  • Insurance certificates

  • Property tax documents

  • Compliance certifications

  • Payoff statements

Accessing Loan Documents

  1. Navigate to Loans directory

  2. Open the loan

  3. Navigate to Documents tab

All document operations (upload, view, download, delete) work as described in Documents (Origination).
