Entity History

Overview

Entity History allows users to view a chronological timeline of all significant events and changes on system objects to track the complete object lifecycle.

The list of objects with History functionality includes credits, clients, and participants. However, this list can be extended per project configuration.

Working with Entity History

Opening the History Tab

  1. Navigate to the target object (credit, client, participant)

  2. Click the History tab

Viewing Event Timeline

The History tab displays a chronological event log with the following information:

  • Timestamp — when the event occurred

  • Initiator — user who initiated the event, or "timveroOS" for system-triggered events

  • Event Type — event category (see Event Types section)

  • Description — details of what happened

Event Sorting: Events display in reverse chronological order (newest at top, oldest at bottom).

Default Display: The system shows the last 5 events by default. To view earlier events, click View all at the bottom of the list.

Event Types

The system can display various event types depending on project configuration:

  • Notification — System notifications sent

  • Application status change — Application status transitions

  • Status change — Entity status changes (participant, credit, etc.)

  • Action — User-executed actions

  • Note — Comments added to the object

  • Documents — Document upload, signing, generation

  • Scoring — Scoring process execution

  • Associations — Participant/collateral associations

  • Assignments — Role and responsible officer assignments

System vs. User Events

User-initiated events: Display the username of the person who performed the action

System-initiated events: Display "timveroOS" as the initiator for events triggered by automated workflows

Troubleshooting

History Tab Not Visible

Possible causes:

  • History functionality not configured for this object type in SDK

  • Insufficient user permissions

Solutions:

  • Verify SDK configuration for this object type

  • Check user permissions in Admin Panel

  • Refresh the page

  • Contact system administrator

No Events Displayed

Possible causes:

  • Object was recently created or the event of interest hasn't occurred

  • Event type not configured to appear in history at SDK level

Solutions:

  • Verify event type configuration in SDK

  • Check whether the object has activity history

"View all" Button Not Appearing

Possible cause:

  • Object has 5 or fewer events

Solution:

  • This is expected behavior — "View all" appears only when history contains more than 5 events
