Notes functionality works identically across all enabled system objects, including loans and other servicing entities.

Quick Reference

Action	Steps
Open panel	Click Notes sticker (top-right)
Create note	Enter text → Add Note
Edit note	Click Edit → modify → Save
Pin note	Click Pin
View history	Click history icon on edited comments
