Reporting Setup

Overview

timveroOS includes integrated business intelligence capabilities through Apache Superset. The system provides configurable dashboards and reports for monitoring lending operations.

System Context

The reporting module connects to system databases to provide real-time analytics. Users access reports through the BI Dashboard interface based on their assigned permissions.

Configuration Components

BI Dashboard

Purpose: Visual analytics and reporting Location: Main Menu → BI Dashboard Configuration Options:

  • Dashboard creation and layout

  • Chart types and visualizations

  • Data source connections

  • User access permissions

Available Data Points

Application Metrics:

  • Application volumes by status

  • Processing time analysis

  • Approval rates by product

  • Decline reason distribution

Portfolio Metrics:

Configuration Process

Step 1: Access BI Dashboard

Navigate to Main Menu → BI Dashboard System opens Apache Superset interface

Step 2: Create New Dashboard

Select "Create Dashboard" option Choose layout template Add visualization widgets

Step 3: Configure Visualizations

Select data source for each widget Define metrics and dimensions Apply filters and time ranges Choose chart type

Step 4: Set Permissions

Assign dashboard to user roles Configure data access levels Set refresh schedules

Technical Implementation Notes

The BI Dashboard uses Apache Superset, which provides:

  • Cached results for performance

SDK customization may be required for:

  • Complex calculated metrics

  • Integration with external BI tools
